The Special A anime website is now up. I was so excited when I happened to trip over it (huh...?). The voices have been posted on the site, and the characters have been fully colored. It's also annoucned that it'll start in Spring 2008. Well.............THAT WAS FAST. Somehow I'm a little worried about the quality. I hope they didn't rush it. I want a good production.

These voices are different from the CD Drama. It'll take some adjusting to...The new character designs are going well. Fans were worried and disappointed with the first promo image that came out. Fans are probably just freaking out over the character designs because they're not exactly like the manga-ka's style. When the announcement was first made, I had a feeling that Minami Maki's style was a style that could not be easily copied.

As more illustrations come out, the characters are looking more different than the last one, though. I see that as a good thing^^. But if they continue to change from one episode to another in the actual work, I'll totally think, "Cheap".

 But enough of the design complaints from me...I'M GONNA COMPLAIN ABOUT THE LENGTH OF THE SERIES! This series has *edit* 82 chapters (and still counting)! Why is it only going to be 24 episodes?! Usually that length of series covers volumes 1-6, and some parts of volumes 7-8. I think that with a few fulfilling fillers, two seasons could come out of a manga series that long. But no...24 episodes (probably only one season/series)! How the heck are they going to end a series that only goes that far? Make up their own ending?! I can think of events in volume 6 that could be used as a base for an ending, but it wouldn't really be fulfilling to me. If they adapt as far as chapter 72, that would be better because something much more serious happens around chapters 68-71 than some chapter in volume 6.

Maybe I'm complaining about that because...if it's true that they're only going to volume 6, 7, and 8...then Finn won't be appearing. NOOOOO~! I wanna see Ryu and Finn together in animation!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm gonna go cry now...
