Manga that made me cry

Manga gets to you emotionally when you really like it. It can make you mad, sad, excited, content, depressed, or annoyed. I have expereienced all of these emotions when reading manga throughout the years. I have come up with a list of manga that made me sad and depressed.

Fruits basket volume 4 and chapter 135: All Furuba fans have read volume 4, right? It was when Momiji was telling Tohru about his mother. That part choked my heart and I sat on my bed crying. The same with the anime version. It choked me too. As for chapter 135...it was just released in Japan about a week 1/2 ago. What lies ahead is a spoiler, so if you don't want to know, don't read....................................It was the last half of the chapter that got me. It's when Kyoko is on the ground after being hit by a car. She's realizing that..."oh my gosh...I'm leaving Tohru behind!" That sort of thing. Then she sees Kyo in shock and recognizes him a the little boy who she talked to years before. The boy who promised her that he would bring Tohru home safe and protect her. She says, *"I won't forgive you..."* However,  before she can finish, Kyo runs away from the scene and Kyoko yells out to him in her mind. I haven't read the translation in a while, so all I can say is that she finishes her sentence in her mind. Something along the lines, "...if you don't take care of her..." Then the ambulence arrives and that is when she feels waves flowing against her body. She gets up and sees she's at the ocean. Then a man walks up to her and holds out his hand. We see Kyoko now and she's back the age when she first met this man: Katsuya Honda. She smiles and realizes that it must've been hard for Katsuya to leave too. Anyway...that part choked me. I was on the public libraray's computes too, so it was really embarrassing!

Tokyo Mew Mew volume 7: The part when Masaya stabs himself to free himself and save the city. And she was there to see it happen! It was a sad chapter. Good thing it ended happy.

Rave Master volume 9: The very ending of it. From the time when I saw Gale die all the way to the part when Haru starts having a dream. I don't picture myself crying my heart out in a manga like Rave Master. Heh...I don't. But I did! The first and second time I read it. Just think...when the final chapter comes, I'll be crying my heart out again. I hear something bad happens to Haru (no...I know what happens to Haru, I just won't say...to kinda trick all Rave Master fans). Oh my, I've already revealed too much of volume 35! How did it come to this anyway?

Imadoki volume 4: Tanpopo is going through a tough time in this volume. She quits the planting club, has to become distant from the boy she loves, has a girl like Erica to deal with, and feels she needs to be distant from the rest of her friends. How depressing can it get?

I need to think of some more. There weren't that many that actually did make me cry. So this is all I can give right now.
