What is it with elementary kids with supernatural powers that intrigues me? I don't know! I first discovered Gauken Alice when I recieved a Hana to Yume magazine in the mail last year. I had no clue what was going on, since it was on, like, chapter 60! I decided not to pay much more attention to it, but recently I've had nothing to do. So I checked out Gauken Alice and...it's cute! Oh my gosh, it's so cute! Little ten-year old Mikan-chan and Hotaru~!

I also learned that this series is quite popular. I mean, it seems to be the most popular series running in Hana to Yume right now. It has thirteen volumes out so far too. I hope it doesn't run as long as Hana Kimi or Fruits Basket did, but I don't think that it'll be ending anytime soon either. What i find most shocking of all is that neither the manga or the anime has been licensed in the U.S or Canada yet! But I have a feeling that when it does come out, it'll be a hit  just like Fruits Basket is (for those who hate popular series, this one is not for you...><)
