Oh man...I didn't realize until I made another poll that this group is one year old. I can still remember when and where I created it. (What am I talking about? I created it on Yahoo in my house!) It was after I had seen chapter 43 that I decided. "That's it, I don't care anymore, but I'm going to make a group for this series!" (Because I was questioning whether I should or not.) I didn't even know what SA was about then, yet I created a group dedicated to it, isn't that weird? It's just...after seeing chapters 36, 42, and 43 I couldn't get it out of my mind. I needed to know more. I created this group hoping that someone would join and tell me more about it.

Then I finally asked the Fruitygroup (Fruits Basket yahoo group) if anyone knew what SA (and two other series) were about. I got a private e-mail telling me where I could read scanlations of SA and I went to read them right away! Back then there were only 4 chapters available (remember that loooooong wait we had to endure between chapters 4 and 5?). It was through these scanlations that I got to know the character's names, the plot, who the heck that Takishima guy was, and what Hikari was like. I expanded the group and made it bigger and all the while becoming an even bigger fan. Of course, when I found out VIZ licensed it, I had to take down some random scanlations I did in the past, but even though most pictures are in Japanese or Chinese, it's fine!!!!

Now...a year later, SA has become more known, it's been licensed in not only Germany, but North America too, and my Japanese is better (from taking the time to translate each new chapter that comes out). Ah...it's a good time (but I mope in a corner knowing that when SA comes to an end, I'll lose interest in it--it happens to me with every series...)
