I hear voices in my head

they tell me to kill

I try to ignore the voices in my head

they give me nightmares

I go and use a sleeping pill

they make me see illusions

I close my eyes

I hear strange noises in my house

I give up to the voices in my head

I grab a knife

and stab myself

in the stomach

blood squirts out of

my body and mouth

I lay there dead on the floor

my mother and father see me dead on the floor

they walk away without a tear

after 2 years I lay there still dead

on the floor

I wonder as I lay there dead

if my mother and father do not shed a tear for me

will anyone every shed a single

tear for me
