At the heart Fever is about growing up and friendship. Trying to find some place you fit in. Normally, because of my age,I tend to skip stories like this. I mean, I'm 39, I've already been through my teenage years, do I really want to re-live that time in my life.
Well, what so great about this manga, is that the story has just the right amount comedy to blend in and balance the drama, that I didn't mind. You wanted to follow them along their adventure. The characters are so rich and the art just flowed.
I was drawn in from the moment I started reading and when I when I finished I couldn't wait to find out what happens next.
I think Fever has a wide appeal but, teenage girls will eat is up.
All in all I loved it and can't wait for the next volume!
