LIFE is probably one of the most moving mangas I have ever read. It's characters are so real and Ayumu's feelings are just like that. She is easy to empathize (or rather, sympathize) with and you can almost feel your stomach churn when you see her suffering. She engulfs her feelings and hides them the best she can from the outside world as she tries to better herself ending in more pain.

This manga evaluates the true meaning of friendship and love in a mesmerizing way and shows the effects of bad influences.

 

It might be too moody for some, and the art isn't everyone's cup of tea (it took me a while to get used to it). But it's worth the money, nonetheless
