Art: 3/5
The art wasn't completely my cup of tea. It's not awful. It's far from the typical pretty boy type art we see in yaoi manga. If you're looking for a manga with more... guyish looking men (including older men), then you might like Ajimine's style.

Story: 4/5
Can't way I've read many yaoi mangas about... lawyers and law and such. Except for the Judged... but it was a very different story. I give it originality points for that. But the story didn't knock off my socks either. I admit it was a sweet tale... and it sounds like it's going into a second volume...

Characters: 3/5
New takes on the two roles... Kitahara was in particular very unique... Not my ideal of seme, but he was a big sweetie. I give Ajimine props for trying to be a bit different with the whole genre.

Sex: 3.5/5
Kinda brief sex. It's there... but nothing all that spectacular about it. Kind of like the random blips of sex you see in a PG-13 movie. You blink and it's gone hehe. Though a cute aspect of the sex in this novel is that... the character's first time is... awkward? Even if it is awkward, it makes sense that it is. It surprisingly adds a nice depth to the characters, this little bit of realism. As much as I love them having mind blowing sex on the first go, this was a new taste to the old tradtion.

Looking for a breath of fresh air out of all the long haired gothic pretty boys? Something more... realistic? With characters that you wouldn't normally expect in a yaoi story? Try this manga. Otherwise... if you prefer the more formula stuff you might not enjoy this title so much. It is a cute manga though... funny how lawyers can be portrayed as cute, but Ajimine managed it.
