Which Manga should be made into a movie or tv show?

Several mangas like "Nana" and "Honey and Clover" have been made into tv shows and movies with live actors. Which rmanga do you think should be made into a tv series or a movie and which actor or actress should play the main characters? I would like to see Fruits Basket or Vamlpire Knight be  made into a live action movie though I am still deciding who should play who.
