I've been told that my SDCC survival story will be posted soon, so I thought I would reintroduce myself, since there have been few reasons to update stuff here lately.

My name is Bill Aguiar, and I write stuff.  In specific, stuff mostly about comics, manga and tabletop gaming.  I started long ago and far away, how long ago I will not say, but I started collected comics and manga at roughly at the same time, back in the 80s when manga was scarce.  There was Dark Horse and Viz, and that was that.  Over the years I kept track of both, and when an opportunity to write for the Comic Buyer's Guide about manga came up, I took it.  With that opportunity, I started branching out to other publications, and even wrote the movies/TV column here on TokyoPop Online last year.

So, what does this mean?  Means that I have twice as much stuff to see at San Diego Comic Con, that is what it means!  Having to hit all of the manga and comics panels nearly broke me!

I also self-publish in tabletop gaming, which means stuff like Dungeon and Dragons, Warmachine and so on.  My website for all that stuff is here, and in a couple corners of the site you will find a selection of my CBG manga columns.

I am also 1/2 of the reviewing team for Prospero's Manga, a manga review website with over 200 reviews.  I post under Ferdinand and I leave it as an exercise of the readers who actually paid attention in High School to Shakespeare to figure out who the other reviewer Miranda is...
