Well the new Guyver DVD came out and I tell ya I was very happy to see that they had remade the anime. Being an old fan of the frist anime of Guyver that came out in the 90's I couldn't help to see this new one and see how well the they would keep to the story line and characters.
To start out with the art to me was a little hard to get use to from watching all the old ones. But the good side to it was it made the characters feel from this time and age. I was also serprised to see that each character had a little look of he old anime. just by looking at each character you could tell who they were. Very happy they didnt change to much there looks. If your a fan as I am you would be able to tell that Sho (the main charcter) is not much of an dork as in the frist anime. he seems to know how much trouble they are in fast then the old Sho.
Unlike the old anime AMV plan of completing this anime to the end. Unlike befor were only 12 ep. were done and not the hole 26 ep. very sad. so if you didnt know that be ready to be hit with alot of new stuff after the frist 12 ep. Ive also notice that the 3rd Guyver is shown much earyer then the old anime and if youve seen the old one you can tell who it is right away. This new Guyver will seem a little different from the frist in two ways one deing that the art is so much cleaner and well done (not saying its bad or all), and two its bass more on the manga then the first anime of Guyver.
Pluse side for all those action lovers like me is that there is a hole lot more action, blood, and fight sceans in very ep. so youll love it. If you weren't an Guyver fan befor or if your aready a fan you just have to cheak out this new Guyver. its a must see for an action fan. I know its good lve seen it like everyday just to watch the action and well done anime.
