So i'm sure there are many of us that get our manga critized. My local newspaper has released articles 'dissing' manga, it really frustrating. If you agree with this please comment or pop.
My relatives have told me that what i read, refering to manga, doesn't help me. I'm like * staring mouth wide open* "what did you say?" they don't even know what they're talking about, i'm sure this is exactly what happened when rock music first came out, everyone said it's bad or a really not that good influence on young people, but come'on i say you can't critize unless you try. Please leave comment or contact me at my profile i want to see haow many people have experienced or know someone that has seriously 'dissed' manga, and anime.

People like that really suck. Manga is totally good for you. i know a couple of people like that at my school. They are totally pot heads though. They talk to me in this really retarded voice and i really want to hit them. they do that when i am reading manga and when i am drawing it. it does not matter wat it is for some reason everything manga is pokemon and it really pisses me off. this one guy is always 'can i see can i see! pokemon pokemon' in a retarded way...retard...O.O...manga rules!!

Pfft... you're not the only one who has experienced this. Anime and mangas are so underestimated. They all thinl it's a picture book for like year olds! My parents didn't approve of my reading mangas and watching animes... but they're a lot better now... (mainly because everything goes in one ear and out the other....) But they leave me to my animes and mangas.... hell, they're even supporting me being a manga-ka or animator! I guess we all just gotta be patient... Just gotta wait till the rest of the world actually realises mangas and animes are not worthless. We should all just keep doing what we are doing, just wait, the majority of world will eventually either follow or accept it.

my family thinks that i'm crazy for liking anime and manga. how could they say its not good for you, i have proof of how good it is for people. i hated to read and never finished a book that wasn't partly read to me. i also didn't get good grades they were so bad that my parents and teachers were concerned for my future. after i read manga and watched anime i found a new love of reading and am a good student. i'm still not understood but i know that the manga and anime revoluton has started and that we shall soon be at the top of the social ladder..... sorry for the wierdness i got too into the moment of ramble

Yeah i know what u mean. one of my friends once told me "dude i know u like anime, but get a life" i got pissed and told him that he could go f*ck himself. Of course i have a life!
