Oohiro Kotarou is a femmy freshman in High School. He has the power to enhance ESP for others, although he's not aware of this. His cousin, Tatsuki has the ability to see the past, and when he touches Kotarou, he's able to see it more clearly. He wants to get closer to his cousin, but when he does, his power freaks out. And if he gets rid of it, he won't be able to help Kotarou if he needs to. Thus is the dilema they face.

Other than the fact that anyone who reads manga in strictly english won't be able to get ahold of the prequel to Hands Off!, Ore-tachi wo Tenchi to Yobuna, it's a good series overall.
