People always seem to cry

I just stare at them and wonder why

People always seem sad

It must mean their life is pretty bad

People always shed tears

It seems to happen when they deal with their worst fears

It makes me feel weak when I put on a show

Just because I wanted everybody to know

How bad it felt to shed tears

Every single time I dealt with my fears

I wish they would all leave me alone

I would never cry even if my feelings were shone

So I wont let them know I’m weak

So they can’t say my eyes sprung a leak

I refuse to be the one everyone looks down upon

So I wont be the one singing a sad song

I always want to cry

Sometimes I just want to curl up and die

But if I show them I’m weak

They’ll all point at me and call me a freak

I’ll be all alone

Just because my feelings were shone

That’s why I don’t shed tears

Because if I did I would have to see all of my fears
