yet, they are my "friends"?
they, they do drugs and drink like its nothing
they ,they throw their lives away like trash
yet, they are the ones I would kill to be?
they, they suffer from delusions and suicidal thoughts
they, they rape ,kill, steal with no remorse
they, they carve the most hateful things into the hearts around them
yet, they are the good guys?
this world called social status makes sense
if your messed up from the start
and Iv come to the conclusion that people dont like me
because of their own confusion

I think you actually had quite a bit to say. The hypocrisy of our society doesn't get written about nearly enough (well, at least not here on TP- the home of ninjas, magical creatures & chibis). The last 4 lines felt awkward to me and your grammar/punctuation could be cleaned up a bit to make it flow a bit better. But I think you have a really solid theme and good rhythm.
