How I flirt, is I smile a lot, make a lot of hand gestures at the person (not like hearts, but natural ones), and vague, slight hints of there possibly being a spark of a relationship.
It doesn't really come naturally... I learned how to flirt like a pro on my own and I can teach others--only I do it to women, and I'm gay, which makes it a bit heart breaking for the woman to find out, doesn't it?
