Mimi stared at her dinner.She moved the food around on the plate,the only ones eating were the guys,dad and Vincent.Men. she looked up at her mom who was doing the same thing,moving around food. "You really should eat."Dad said looking at her mom,but mimi knew he meant both.
"Not hungry." they replied in unicine. "I ate too much junk food today."mom said. dad looked to mimi.
"what's your excuse?"She shrugged.
"Just not hungry." Vincent put down his glass of milk revealing a white moustache.
"Hmm?" he asked.

Mimi and Vincent went to sleep,Vincent's snoring could be heard silently from the hallway. "Jovie,are you all right?"
"mmghmmm."She said from the sofa,hugging a pillow tight. He sat down next to her and patted her back.
"Maybe you should stay home from work tomorrow."
"I can't a big shipment is coming in and I'm taking off for leave in a month,now's hustle time."
"Well what about Vincent?The daycares closed tomorrow,..."
"I promised him I'd take him to work with me."
"Was he excited?"
"oh yeah,he's really been looking forward to it.I can't just tell him no."

Jovie walked into the store holding vincent in her arms,his legs wrapped around,what was left of her waist.He held a pacifier in his mouth,he wasn't in the mood for talking today. "Heya Jovie!" She looked up to see Kimi,the store owner bringing a box into the room.
"Morning Kimi."
"We got a lot to do today and..well hello there!"She said dropping the parcel and walking over to Vincent. "You must be Vincent!"
"Say Hi." Jovie said nudging him.vincent buried his head into his mothers neck. "He's a little shy."
"aww,that's all right.Are you gonna help your mommy today?" From behind Jovie's hair Vincent nodded. Kimi stood back up. "He's adorable.really looks like Leon."
"i get that a lot." Jovie laughed walking with Kimi over to the boxes.
"He still using a pacifier?"
"Only sometimes." Kimi smiled.
"Well then he'll be a senstive and understanding boy."
"I hope."Jovie brushed Vincents hair out of his eyes. "So where you need me?"
"um we're working in the back." jovie put Vincent on the ground and put a coloring book and crayons in front of him."mommy will be right back."She got up and walked to the back.Kimi came over to Vincent and handed him a fortune cookie.
"Do you like cookies?" vincent nodded. "I asked your mom if it was ok for you to have one and she said yes.Here pull one end and i'll pull the other."Vincent gripped his fingers around the one side,and pulled. The cookie broke into two pieces leaving a larger half for vincent. "Look,you have the larger half!That means you can make a wish!" Vincent tilted his head to the side."i know,that goes for the wishbone,but we have to make our own luck and wishes right?Make a wish!"Kimi stood up and walked to the back to help Jovie.Vincent looked at the cookie,then outside.
"I wish my sister had a friend."
