Inspirations: I love drawing manga/anime, i've been drawing since i was 11 years old, i'm pretty good i guess. I'm not very good at copying other peoples' work though. For two reasons; ONE: i'm afraid that my art will ultimately disgrace the original, and TWO: i'm not very good at copying! xD My best style is free-hand. And that's really all i do! =D My drawings are very bland and lifeless though.... i'm not very experienced in action poses or anything outside of a normal portrait style drawing. But portrait styles i am good at cuz that's all i've really done for the past years. x] My inspirations are really all the artists of the various mangas that i have read, like Jin-Hwan Park (my absolute favourite manga artist!), Kang-Woo Lee (or simply Woo), Yukiya Sakuragi, Hisaya Nakajo, and many others. I don't buy a manga series if it's illustrations are weak and pathetic, i only buy mangas with absolute exquisite art and detail. But my true inspiration to start drawing is my best friend that i've had since i was 11. She drew manga and i decided to give it a go. Soon i found i was addicted. I drew on any sort of surface i could my pencil on. (Or any other writing instrument i had in my hand at the time. =]) I love drawing. And ain't nothin' gona stop me from drawing! Except maybe my lack of confidence... =|
