Spirits of the universe,

Your luminous light,

Dances on the eyes of wonder.

The sky is your grand stage,

we, in awe of the flawless show,

applaud with arms out stretched.

Stories are written and spoken,

history and glory define you,

what thoughts ghosts of time must have had,

Now under the shimmering heaven.

So far are you,

Yet you grace us with your presence,

Never tiring, never old.

And you bring us memories,

Eternities of days gone by,

Pains of misery are lost within,

When in trance, hypnotic slumber.

Raining down blessings of belief,

After all is lost,

Oh, you are too illustrious!
