Just as I turned off the lights and started to get comfortable the door slowly creaked open. A shadow was cast on the floor, but there was only the moon shining through the window. Then Drake walked in. “I thought you where in bed,” I said.
         “I couldn’t sleep,” he said. He flicked on the lights and let Cloud and Sasha in with him. “You know when you were gone, Dark thought that you ran away because of what he said.”
          “What did he say?” I said. 
          “He told you we were freaks,” he said.
          “That didn’t bother me, I’m the same way,” I said really wanting to tell him what I was. 
          “How’s that?” he asked.
          “I can’t say,” I said
          “Neither can I, so I guess we are kind of the same,” he said giggling. “What was your family like? I was so young when we were separated that I can’t remember.”
          “I don’t know, I lost my memory about two years back,” I said.
          “How much do you remember?” Drake asked.
          “Only a little bit,” I said looking down at my hands.
          “What do you remember?” he said.
          “A little about my parents and about this guy I knew,” I said sadly.
          “That’s it… why haven’t you told us?” he said.
          “I never really think about it,” I said looking at him.
          “Well… what do you remember about your parents?” he asked.
          “It’s only really that my mom died and my dad hates me,” I said as I started to cry. Drake sat next to me and put his arm around me.
          “It’s ok… at least you have some memory,” he said, reassuring me that it was going to be all right.
          “Thank,” I said as I started to fall asleep in his arms. It was like I was safe from everything around me and nothing could hurt me. 
           Just before I fell asleep Drake said, “Before you fall asleep I wanted to ask you if you wanted to go shopping with all of us?”
           “I’d love to,” I said and then I was out.
