That is so simple that I ask myself "Why? Is it so hard to say an, I love you."

Is it because it means more than that…

That this is the last time I will see you, that this time you’re not getting better, that this is the last time you will open your eyes to see me standing there besides your bed.

That this "I love you" means good bye forever.
