Hi, Fruits Basket fans!
As you all know, TOKYOPOP is releasing the last and final volume—Volume 23—of Fruits Basket this July 2009. As a way of celebrating and commemorating the entire Fruits Basket series, we will be holding a Scrapbook Competition for all of you!
Selected entries will be compiled into a thoughtful scrapbook that will be presented as a gift to the creator of Fruits Basket herself, Natsuki Takaya. This is your once-in-a-lifetime chance to let Natsuki Takaya know how much you love Fruits Basket and the impact that this popular manga has made on your life! Any entries not chosen to be included in the scrapbook still has the chance to be displayed online for all to see!
Your entry should reflect your memories with Fruits Basket and the positive effect that the manga series has had on your life. It can be in the form of an artwork, letter, poem, short story, picture, or any other creative way you can think of to express how Fruits Basket has affected you!
Each submission MUST be accompanied by a completed and signed Entry Form. The form can be found below by clicking on the link. Please also make sure that you have read and understood the Official Rules.

My computer couldn't read it either. not my laptop and not my home computer... I just sent in a copy of my state ID instead. It's got all the info they could possibly need, I hope. I'm over 18 so I don't have to worry about the guardian signature stuff...
