Okay, you asked for comments NOT concerning grammar, so I shall make my grammar comment short. Get an editor. Now, on to the real comment. The flow of your phrases are very good, but sometimes your wording is a bit off. For example, "sprouting beautiful lies" doesn't sound right... I think you mean "spouting beautiful lies". The "everything's okay" in parentheses was rather confusing, so you might want to put that in quotation marks instead and attach it to the last line. Also, remember that not all celebrities are rich...some are famous for other things... Still, and interesting idea. And there's your comment. (^_^)
