Im sorry to hear that, thats a terrible situation. Dont worry about it ur not alone. People can really be cruel at times[in my case all the time], but dont let them get u down. Be strong and dont become vengeful. Eventually their ignorance will be their downfall.

I'm with Sandie, life isn't fair and those that may call you their friend might be totally different behind your back. But don't be yourself up about it because sometimes you have to wonder: Is it friendship or Jealousy and Envy. Because sometimes the ones that Envy you are the ones that call you there best friend. They like to stay close enough to you so they can possibly intercept anything or anyone that might make you happy. Try lying to them once and see how they feel about it. I'll bet they wouldn't like it.

Thats the way people are, they are unpredictable. They get mean and lie, its all a part of growing up. Eventually those people will go away and you'll find someone who won't care about the drama. Until then hold your head up kid it gets better.

Sometime life aint fair...but things like this happen everyday......a real friend shouldn't lie..... i guess.. in the begining ..ur friend should of said somethng... to let you know... ... I guess people these day are sick minded because they only think of them self... never think about.... (those.. they so call they care.. ...) feelings ...and.. it's just so sad
