Appearance: Slim and fit, his upper and lower body are well toned. He has messy dark brown hair, which reaches an inch below his ears and at times cover his eyes. Usually he'll allow his hair to grow long, a bit below his chest. When he does grow his hair he wraps it in thin black cloth. Hayato's eye color is a seemingly dull, light brown. His skin is a light tan color. He bears the mark of his clan on his left wrist, three black stripes going all the way around his wrist. Across the left side of his chest he has a burn scar; has a piercing on his left ear. His face seems to lack color. His overall aura contradicts his look, his attitude gives him a brighter appearance. Being that he does a lot of endurance training his body usually has fresh cuts or bruises.



Attire: Wears the standard nin garb, black colored pants. Over his shirt he wears a gray weight vest which weighs about 40 lbs. He also has ankle weights which are 15 lbs. Over his vest he wears a hooded coat. The inside pockets of the jacket are filled with few flashbombs and surikens. On the left arm of his coat is his clan symbol and on the back of the coat is the Nagare symbol. He sports simple black boots. In a small wallet like bag strapped around his left leg he stores ointment, wrapped wire, and two smokebombs.

Strengths: Hayato has a knack for being able to observe and learn from what he sees. He has a photogenic memory, this is one of the reasons why he can easily pick up what he sees. His knowledge and mastery of genjutsu is above average. Has great speed and the amazing skill to observe and match his opponents movements. In the time he spends training, he does many endurance excercises. It is a habit of his to keep both his body and mind sharp. He is very intelligent and is a natural born leader. He is not typically shy around girls, it seems like he perfers them over his male friends. In his mind he thinks girls are more simple or easier to deal with. Usually calm, he's kind and helping. Is caring to those he is fond of and has an indifferent attitude towards those he is not familiar with. Usually he'll remain quiet, just observering them.

Weaknesses: Due to the fact that he pushes for greater skills in genjutu, his taijutsu isn't top notch and his tolerance for ninjutsu attacks is temperately low. His overall knowledge of ninjutsu is mediocre. This is why he perfers to observe his target/opponent before he attacks or takes any action. Being that he learns from sight it gives him a chance to better his own ability, but there are many times where he is distressed and drowsy. This not only has a negative affect on him in battles/missions but also his personal life. He also has a tendency of overthinking things. Which also has a double affect on him. Many times he'll be found lost in his thoughts. His apathetic attitude is also shown when it comes to running errands or minor jobs. Usually he keeps to himself and if a problem occurs he'll not say a word, covering it up with a bland smile. Around authority figures he'll usually be respectful unless what they say or do goes against his morals. There are times when he'll remain ignorant and stubborn if something or someone goes against what he thinks is right, not caring to see the other side of the situation.

Clan Description:Raythe: Known for their great speed, those of Raythe blood usually are employed as ninjas or spies. A smaller clan, seemingly average. The clan has been around for about. Called "Obsevers". If any conflict occurs those of Raythe will observer and record the event. Many come them for information. They also specialize in either genjutsu or taijutsu. Very few get the ability to control and manipulate shadows. The skill not apparent until the child is in his teen years. Being that they are a small clan few are known or famous, they are spread out and have no specific location.

Background: His childhood in Hyouga was one filled with happiness. Growing up, Hayato was a typical kid. He got into trouble with his brother, Ioren, and picked on his sister, Tsume. His mother worked in a shop and sold clothing and assessories she had collected from her past travels. Hayato's father was a honored ninja, who was believed to have been retired. At first things were okay with the family, their mother and father ran the shop and were able to support the family. A month before Hayato turned nine, the family lost their shop. A few rowdy chuunin had been careless and burned the shop down. Hayato had been caught in the fire and burned. His village didn't have many healers but luckily there was an old man who had practiced in the arts. His skills were not as sharp as they were in his younger years but he was still able to heal a portion of the burn. Hayato was left with small scar on the left side of his chest. Both of his parents were unemployed and they struggled to live a normal life. At the time he was nine, Hayato watched as his father went away for the first time. His father had been hired for a job and had to travel. Hayato's father never really told his family what his job was and for some time Hayato thought his father was doing good and helping people. One morning Hayato had awaken to see his father at the door covered in blood. He stood quietly as his father spoke with his mother. It was a mission gone wrong. He was sent to spy on a small village said to have been haboring outlaws. One of the outlaws had his suspicions about Hayato's father and threatened his life. His cover was later blown and Hayato's father was obligated by "higher ups" to kill everyone in the village (Outlaws and townspeople) for acts of treason. Later he found out he was fed false information from another of his clan [which is a rare occurance] . Hayato had heard of what his father did and took it to heart. His father's actions had changed; his spirit had died. This not only had an effect on Hayato but on his mother as well. His mother and father constantly argued. Since then Hayato had a sense of less life in him. He smiled to cover up the emotional pain he felt. The markings of his clan on his wrist only made things worse, it labeled him. People knew of what his father had done, many people thought of it as uneccecary cruelty. They often treated Hayato and his family with little respect. He ignored the people's attitude and actions. From that time on, he began to train. He had made up his mind to become a ninja and bring what little honor he can to his clan.

Sample Post: Her husband ,being called to his line of work, had left and tears slowly came down her face. Hayato hated to see his mother cry; he lightly placed his hand on her cheek and smiled. "Mother, Dad will be home soon enough; before he left he had told me to give you a kiss for him." As Hayato kissed his mother on the cheek she forced a smile on her face. "I'm off to school; if Ioren comes home tell him I'll be home soon to show him what I've learned." Hayato left and arrived at school early. He sat quietly, put his head down, and tried to get what little rest he can before class started. Fwack!! Hayato was smacked on his head by one of his female classmates, Shiori. "You said you'd meet up with me before class started." A sweat drop came down Hayato's face. "Eh...I forgot. I didn't sleep last night so I just wanted to come early and rest here before sensei and the others came. Shiori looked at him with a disappointed look on her face and said, " Well Hayato you slept through the whole class. I didn't even know you were here until the class emptied out. Sensei probably didn't want to wake you only because she knows what's going on with your family." Hayato scratched his head and yawned. " Well Shiori will you fill me in on what I missed when we get to your home." Shiori glanced at him and turned a bit red for a moment. "Whatever, but don't make this a habbit." Hayato and Shiori walked out the classroom together and went outside to eat their lunch.
