This piece was made very beautifully. It does look like they are dancing in the night. I only put a 4 because of what the artist wrote about her work. It's fine just the way it is. If before it was not finished, you should not come out in a comment and tell viewers it's not done, unless you decide to do something spectacular. Either way, this one piece of art I really like.
