VahnM hit it on the head! Anyone can spell something wrong, and it can be a simple mistake or a typo. But there's a difference between "yuo" as a typo and "u" as bad grammar.

it annoys me sometimes..but some of my fans aren't the best spellers, so i've gotten more used to it..

Spelling errors aren't bad. Bad grammar is bad. If you spell everything perfect, but you don't use grammar, it's frustrating. If you use decent grammar, but you screw up some spellings, it's okay. People can still understand you.
