The next morning Shiro came into the kitchen to see his uncle fixing his medicine. “You where out late!” Sighing he sat down in the chair only to have his uncle put a plate of buttered toast down and push a drink at him. “Why must I drink that disgusting stuff?” “Because, I tell you too. Now drink up and eat your toast and get to school.” Making a face Shiro grabbed the cup and drank the thing in one shot then ate his toast. Then getting up and going to the door, “Well bye!” Outside the sun was up high in the sky, taking his hand to cover his eyes he looked up. All of a sudden pain shot threw his eyes and he backed up trying to cover his face. “Shiro, is everything okay?” Shiro turned and looked at his uncle who was giving him a weird look that made him want to run. “No, I’m okay! I’m going now.” Shiro turned looking one more time at the sun feeling no pain, he started walking to school. Shiro’s uncle watched him for awhile then went inside to make a call. The phone rang for a bit then a voice answered on the other side. “Hello!” “I think we have a problem! I gave him the medicine like I do every other day, but today he went into the sun and it hurt him.” “…That might explain some things!” “What do you mean?” “One of my people felt the presence of vampires. If they had made contact with him it could bring out his vampire instincts. You many have to do what we talked about when you agreed to care for him!” “I understand,” then he hung up the phone and walked to a locked room that has not been opened in a long time. Opening the door he walked into a room full of weapons made of silver. After looking at each weapon he finally chose one and went out locking the door again. Getting his coat he went outside to hunt for a vampire, he was once again a vampire hunter out to kill his chosen target.
