Rin turned around and saw a demon girl behind her. "Uh, hello, um are you from another village?"

"No, Rin you must run from me! Run far away!"

"How, how do you know my name? Who are you?" Rin backed away from the girl.

"I'm Ryozaki, I have been oredered to steal you, and unfortunately I cannot disobey my master." Ryozaki came foward, Rin kicked her in the stomach, she cringed but didn't go down. "Please do not make this hard, I was simply ordered to bring you to my master, not harm you in any form, I do not wish to harm you. Please come with me, or else I will be forced to hurt you."

"NO! What kind of female demon would obey a man? Every woman demon I know are too proud to serve men!"

Ryozaki looked shocked, "How did you know I was a woman?"

"It's obvious."

"Apparently not, but please I have no choice! I am a forced servant!" Ryozaki lifted the back of her shirt to show Rin the grotesque spider shapedburn on her back. "You know who's mark this is, and that all who wear it have no control over anything at all, so please come with me!"

"NO! I can't! I don't care if you are a forced slave of Naraku! If Lord Shessomaru can't find me I don't know what he'd do!" Ryozaki seemed to have abandoned her kindness, she began to look sinister, she hit Rin in the face, knocking her down. Ryozaki then kicked her head knocking her unconscious.

When Rin awoke she was in a castle, and Ryozaki was sleeping by the door, Rin moved towards it, "I wouldn't try if I were you," Ryozakui said calmly, not opening her eyes. Rin glared at her in disgust. She had given her a horrible headache and a painful bruise on her head and cheek.

It seemed as if hours had passed before Ryozaki moved, and when she did it ws to leave the room. Rin waited a minute afterwards, then walked to the door, but before she could open it, Ryozaki came back in with a tray that had food and what smelled like tea.

"Here, Lord Naraku demanded I feed you. And I figured you would like tea with your food. And don't worry, I didn't poison it," Ryozaki laughed and resumed her seat by the door.

Rin ate silently and quickly. When she had finished Ryozaki took the tray and wasback before Rin could move. "Why am I here?"

"I don't know, Naraku just ordered me to keep you safe at the castle. I'm sorry about earlier by the way, I really didn't want to have to hurt you." Ryozaki seemed to mean what she said, but Rin knew most demons lied rather convincingly. Rin was about to say something, but Ryozaki forced her to the floor. "Stay quiet, and don't move!''

Rin heard screaming and shouting from the halls, Ryozaki got off of her and told her to stay put. She then ran out the door, grabbing the sword she'd been leaning on ealier with her.

It seemed forever before Ryozaki returned, and Rin never moved before she did, she was covered in blood, and her face was scratched and torn. She saw Rin's terrified face, "Don't worry, I'll be fine, and it wasn't humans I was forced to kill, unfortunately I couldn't save the servants..."

"What happened?"

"A horde of demons came, I don't know how they got through the barrier, they were devouring the kitchen maids when I got there, I could only save a few of them, The demons were strong, but incredibly stupid. But one was smart enough to almost kill me, but I was saved by a halfdemon, I couldn't see who it was. It smelled like someone I knew though..."

"Did it have white hair?"

"I can't remem----" Ryozaki couldn't finish, she fel face first to the ground, she had a wound in her side that was bleeding profusely. Rin rushed to her, she didn't care if this girl had kidnapped her, she needed her help. Rin worked on stopping the blood flow first.
