This new format bites

I have been trying to put up a new post for the last 5 minutes and it has soured me on this format. I could not easily find a button that let me put a post up right away. There is a lot going on, on the screen and I think the page designer may have out-thought him/herself.

Hey there, thanks for your feed back about the format! We're working hard on tweaking things and fixing problems with the new site. Hopefully we'll get it so it's easier for you guys to use soon, so please stick it out with us! ^^
