This is from a series of clips from a Japanese tv show about manga and anime. The segment is called "Natsume no Me," or "Natsume's Eye," and it's as simple as a dude standing in front of an overhead projector and talking about how and why popular manga work the way they do. Alas, it's in Japanese with no subtitles... Sorry!
