well sometimes manga tv shows have really crappy animation-- im referring to pokemon but the works of hayao miyusaki (did i spell that right?) are absolutely mindblowing but i think i like manga better cuz they're so epic

It also depends which kind of anime; dubbed sucks. The original japanese voices/footage is the best.
