Omario is a struggling comic book artist in Los Angeles pissed off at a world for disregarding the true art of his craft. O'Malley is a rookie cop pissed off at all the young thugs that are making the streets more dangerous by the day. Maybe the two of them are way too pissed off at the wrong things.
