DAYS AND NIGHTS
It is week later till Jrir emerges from her room, the air outside is bitterly cold and the towns folks are all inside their houses. Sensing this was a good day to go hunting, Jiri made ready. Once she was done, she headed outside into the bitter cold evening air. 'I will get you this time," she said to herself, bundling up against her cloak "I swear by the moons I will get you." But just as Jiri is about to leave she hears footsteps creeping up behind her. "Don't come any closer Inyo," shouted Jiri into the night air "for if you value your life you'd go back into your house. The person seems to head jrir's warning and run back to his house. "Damned kid," said Jrir to herself, silently "this is not a good night for anyone to be out. Those damned wolves are in a feeding frenzy tonight, and there is no telling what they would do if they knew someone that young was following me." With those final words Jiri head into the dark woods. It it about an hour till Jiri senses anything of interest, She gets down on on knee and sniffs the air. "Something's out there," laughed Jiri to herself "I'm sure of it. But is it werewolf, I can't tell. Better move quietly just in case it is." So Jiri presses onwards, keeping a constant look out for any wolves that might be around. "Where are you, you bastards?' asked Jiri under her breath "I know your out there," right after Jirir had said those words she heard a noise that froze her in her tracks, it was the sound of wolves howling. "Good, hear they come" said Jiri in a muffled voice "at least five of them snd by the sound they're making, they're males.' Jiri extracted her dagger and hid against a tree, just as the first werewolf rounds the bend.
