Journey of the Star

Prologue

Fire, Water, Light, Darkness, Ground, and Forest had once worked together to stop evil. But once they had finished, they had grown apart. Water had found a nice remote spot, to sunbathe and show off her sparkling intelligence. Fire had found a place as warm as the sun, so he could prove he was a born leader. Ground found a nice dry place, safe from rain to help the people. Forest had become a nice, wet spot, where he could live in the trees. But Darkness and Light stayed together.

     As one, they continued in piece, ignoring the taunts they received. Darkness promised to take care of light, and in return, Light would take care of Darkness. Darkness then revealed he was in love with the beautiful white-haired woman. Light had felt the same way. So, later in time, they settled down having three kids. Two boys each named Gale and Trinity. The girl was named Hope.

     Hope grew up with the boys, but she was soon murdered by Forest, because he had too been in love with Light. Trinity has also murdered, but Gale was taken away swiftly by his father. Darkness knew a safe place where Gale could live without fear of the Guardian of the Forest. Darkness took the youngest child far away, to a place named Earth, where he erased the kids’ memory, and placed him in an orphanage.

     Light had been fighting hard back at home. When Darkness arrived, the woman was trapped by Forest. Darkness used his attack to destroy Forest once and for all, but the strong man had not died. He had slunk off back to his jungle home, and vowed he would once return to finish off the last child of Darkness and Light.

     Darkness told Light where he had put their baby boy, Gale. He held a picture in his hand of the child with unusual violet eyes and untidy blonde hair. The baby in the picture was smiling, as if he knew that someday, he would return to his rightful home.
