I followed the whole first season. I watched it subbed, and my friend had the manga. The art is so pretty... my other friend has the entire second season manga. I'm going to have to nab it and read them. Rayearth all the way. (is still a rabid die-hard fan). Anyone watch Ranma? I liked that one too and I think it's reasonably old.

Ah, yeah, I remember Rayearth ... one of those series I always intended to follow years & years ago but never got 'round to. I watched my sister play through most of the Sega Saturn game (a cute Legend of Zelda lite where you could switch between the three Magic Knights on the fly to deal with different kinds of enemies and puzzles, with a neat vertical shooter-style finale featuring the big robots), and way back when Media Blasters first put out the VHS tapes of the series we watched, like, the first eight episodes ... only to discover to our horror that whenever Hikaru said, say, "Fuu-chan!" they translated it as "Fuu-ster!" o_O

I've got the entire first series on DVD thanks to Media Blasters' inexpensive economy box release. Hm. Might pop a disc of that in if I've got the time.
