The morning sun greeted the skies as the alarm rang like crazy in Umeko's room. She started her morning by hitting the snooze button on her alarm and told it to shut up. Lazily getting up, Umeko stretched and yawn, causing her belly button to show. Umeko is a 15 year old sophomore who's quiet and shy in school but can also be optimistic about everything and hyper when she munches on something sugary. Although so, she is not popular but is known and liked by everyone she knew. She didn't stand out much and got along with everyone.

Umeko had long straight black hair which sometimes in the morning she would create new styles for herself. She was of medium height and had dark brown eyes which shown brown in the sunlight. Her favorite color being blue, almost all of her clothes were. Umeko finally got out of bed at the foot and walked slowly to the bathroom.

Brushing her teeth she thought, 'Ugh... what am I going to do today? It's always the same thing. Classes, lunch, friends... all the same thing. Nothing new's gonna happen... so boring...' A call was heard from her mom downstairs.

"Umeko! Don't be late for school! And don't forget to drop your brother off at school too! I'm running late but breakfast is out on the table! Bye Sweetie!!" called her mom.

"See ya!!" Umeko called back.

"Bye Mom!!" Umeko heard her brother call from outside her room. She heard her door open and saw her brother from the mirror. "You're still not dressed, yet, Onee-san?? Come on, school's gonna start in 15 minutes!"

"All right, all right... juss go eat your breakfast first okay Kisho?" smiled Umeko, her toothpaste looked like she had a white beard and mustache.

"Okay, Onee-san..." chuckled her little brother.

Kisho is a middle schooler of 13 and he was popular in his school. He played soccer and is captain of his team. Umeko's been to every game of his and is looked up to by Kisho. It's a rare sibling thing called sibling love. Or brother/ sisterly love.

Umeko was then ready all in five minutes... time saved by taking a shower last night. Umeko dressed in her school uniform of a white blouse, dark blue jacket, and a dark blue pleded skirted with white at the edge, with brown shoes, also required. To add to the fashion, girls and boys must wear ties. They were also dark blue with white tips. Done dressing and ready, she raced downstairs to the kitchen.

"Onee-san... don't eat too fast... you're gonna get hiccups..." said Kisho. He was already washing his dish and moved over so that Umeko could wash hers. She swallowed her last bite and grinned.

"Don't worry, Kisho. I know how to take care of hiccups when I get 'em. Now let's go! I'll race ya to school!" laughed Umeko as she raced out the front door.

"Hey no fair! You got a head start! Wait for me!!" Kisho called after her.

School was only three blocks away as Kisho quickly ran after his sister, both grinning to see what school has in store for them today.
