"Hey Umeko. How you been?" Taka asked, getting off of her.

Sitting straight up, Umeko reached over and pushed his cloaked-hood back. Even if it was dark, Umeko could tell it was him. she could tell by his masculine jaws and short spiked hair and broad shoulders.

"Fine," she answered, feeling like a dork for yelling at him before.

"'Fine?' Is that all you have to say to me in this world? Come on," he grinned, offereing a hand.

Taka helped her up and she was still in disbelief.

"What's that look for? It's still me," said Taka. He walked over to where he placed the egg and presented it to Umeko.

"Like I promised. here. Haha, it was worth it to see you swing in the light of the moon... and you still drenched," he began to laugh.

Umeko gasped and covered herself. Still holding her egg, she began to yell at Taka again.

"And here I thought you were somewhat of a decent guy! But you're nothing but a pervert!" she squealed.

"I am no such thing! It's not my fault you wore white!" he called back, running along the edge of the lake.

Taka had run passed where Uotani was hiding and just where Umeko was about to pass her too, Uotani jumped out with a surprise.

"Welcome back!!" Uotani squealed happily as she jumped out and went down with her.

"Uwah! Uotani! You're awake!" giggled Umeko.

"Chyea!" they got up.

"... wait, how long have you been awake?" her question was nevered answered ^-^".

"Hey, I know you," said Taka walking over.

"And I know you," smiled Uotani.

"Um... how?" Umeko asked, raising an eyebrow.

"Well," started Taka. "You know how I'm in every class with you except one?"

"Yea...?"

"Well she greeted me rather loudly and yet, it was welcoming as I got into the class," said Taka. Uotani chuckled and scratched the back of her head.

"Always there ta welcome a new kid," she said, embarrassed.

"Ah. Then how come I've never seen you around at school, Uotani?" asked Umeko.

"Well, we might not be in the same class, but maybe lunch?" she asked, thinking whether she's seen Umeko before.

"Perhaps, do you have 1st lunch?"

"Gyea! I do!" Uotani gasped in excitement.

"And that makes three!" Taka grinned.

"All right, so all we need to do is meet each other in real life. And maybe have meetings about this world," said Umeko like a president.

"And I've been here for a bit in Sonoto (or was it Sonoko... it's been a while..) so I basically know some things on what's going on," said Uotani, proud.

"Okay, that settles it!" grinned Taka.

While the three were cheering, Kuni (was that the dracon's name?) looked up into the light of the moon as if asking the Light Dracon what is to come. A transparent figure of the Dracon appeared, leveled with the moon and it seemed like her fur was standing up, angry at what is going to come. Kuni understood as the Light Dracon disappeared once again. He looked back at his Tamer.

"Now what do we do?" asked Umeko.

"Oh hey Taka, have you met my Dracon yet? Hey Kuni! Kuni? what's wrong, buddy?"

Kuni immediately placed his furry forehead on his Tamer's. Kuni sent a vision of the evil that is to arrive shortly. She was now staring into her Dracon's eyes.

"Umeko, Taka. Get your things. We have to leave, now!" Uotani said in a serious voice.

"What? Why?" Umeko asked.

"We'll talk about this later, Umeko, but according to Uotani's tone, we gotta go," said Taka. She didn't want to argue with him.

Umeko placed her egg safely in her pack and hopped on Kuni with Uotani.

"What about you, Taka?" Umeko asked.

"I'll follow you by ground. Don't worry. I got your favorite pillow to keep me safe," grinned Taka, showing a bit of it from within his pack.

"Hey! How's you bring that here?" Umeko's voice became distant as Kuni had already lifted into the air.

"I'll stay here a bit and see who our enemy is," Taka said to himself.

Reaching in the pocket of his black cloak, Taka pulled out his Dark Gem and held it up into the light of the moon.

"Darkness... I summon thee, Sword!" he summoned quietly.

Taka then held the Gem in front of him and flipped it into the air like a coin. While flipping, the Dark Gem glowed of a dark shadow. With a snap of his finger, the Dark Gem stopped in mid-air. Placing two fingers on the Gem, he pressed it down. From the glow of the shadow a solid object was appearing. The glow followed the gem, leaving a straight line until the shape of a sword was there. Taka picked up the Gem from the ground and with his other hand, held onto the hilt of the completed summon sword.

"Kage Katana (Sword...)"

Winds were stirring and clouds hid away the moon. A distant whinny of a horse was heard within the darkness of the forest. Taka was ready for what evil was to come. A gigantic figure of a horse leapt out of the forest and almost ran Taka over. He evaded the horse just in time. The Tamer of the Horse calmed it down and seemed to look down unto Taka.

"Who are you?" a deep low voice asked Taka.

"Why should I tell you? If you'd reveal yourself-"

"Why should I do so just because you asked?"

"Then we will remain strangers," said Taka.

"So it will seem..."

"What brings you here to Shine Lake?"

"If you must know, it is because I don't want to sed a bad reputation. I was looking for the Assassin who stole the Gem of the Maiden, and the Maiden," said the stranger.

'Gem Maiden? Maiden? S'it Umeko? or Uotani? Have they already gotten to them?!' thought Taka with a sinking feeling that something was going to be bad.

"Well I wouldn't know anything about that. Tel me, are you dreaming right now?" Taka asked.

"No... this place is very real to me," he said.

"Then... what is this 'place' called?"

"Why should I answer you?"

"You would if you knew, huh? It's Sonoko... (well I guess I remembered after all ^_^") and you Are a Dreamer. I'm right, aren't I?" Taka caught him.

"..."

"How else are you able to Tame an Animal that majestic. I mean, look at its wings! They're huge!" said Taka looking at them. The horse was shy and tucked its beautiful white wings in. That got the stranger's attention.

"You... you can see his wings? Then you, you're also a Dreamer, huh?" said the stranger.

"Am I not supposed to see its wings? Ah then this horse must be a Pegasus. Awesome! And what if I Am a Dreamer?"

"All right fine. Being strangers ends here," said the stranger as he got off Pegasus.

Taka still kept his guard and when the stranger got off, 'he' seemed about his height, though a little bit taller: 5' 9"? or 5' 10"? His cloak totally covered his being and was about to reveal himself.

The stranger took off his hood and by the light of the moon, he too had a mascular (that how you spell or say it?) jaw and long spiked hair. From the looks of it, this stranger was wearing a black cloak and beneath his black cloak was a short sleeved trench coat. He also wore a dark red long sleeve shirt under his coat. Black pants and boots matched the rest of his outfit.

"So, you got a name?" Taka asked.

"Just call me Seb," he answered with what seemed like a grin because clouds have shadowed the moon.

"Hey, and the name's Taka," he answered, almost as cool.. or tried.

The two pounded and it seems like they've been getting along for a long time. Now, to discuss the matter of the evil that was supposed to come.

"Pegasus felt something evil and said or rather showed me that It'd arrive near Shine Lake," said Seb, patting Pegasus' head.

"Do you know what it is?" Taka asked.

"Not really but he did show me an image of a massie dark shadow thingm" said Seb.

Taka looked at Pegasus.

"That helps a lot," Taka grinned a bit. Pegasus grew shy and hid its face under its wings. Taka laughed a bit. "Nice horse you got."

"Yea," agreed Seb.

At that moment the clouds have hidden away the moon again, making every surroundings black as the night. Winds grew stronger and a distant sound of galloping was heard. This time, just hearing this gave an eerie feeling, giving goosebumps on your arms.

"Something tells me that this is what we've been waiting for," said Taka. Holding a defense stance.

"Fire... I summon thee to give me thy Sword!"

He summoned his own weapon, his own way. He took out his Gem and although Taka couldn't tell what color Seb had, it was Red. Seb held the Gem in the middle of his pal and placed his left hand over it, making the inside hollow and slits between his thumb. He then created a whistling sound from between the slits and it sounded something like a bird on a spring morning.

The heat trapped inside grew hotter as Seb finally go twhat he needed. Fire sparked from the hollow inside and now it was floating over the Gem on his palm. The Fire Orb was waiting for its next orders. He grinned at Taka and he quickly blew the fire away and with the direction of the blown away Fire Orb, a hilt of a sword appeared.

Seb grabbed the hilt and flicked the Fire Orb away, revealing the rest of his blade of metallic red.

"Hi (pronounced Hee for Fire) Blade," Seb said for an ending.

"Hm. Not bad," admitted Taka.

"Thanks. All right, stay focused and be ready," Seb said calmly.

"Right."

Almost the same as Seb's entrance, the figure of a massice horse busted out from the forest and tis owner pulled on the (reins? that how you spell it?) The horse bowed and the owner got off. He was quite short for his being evil. This figure drew out his blade as he started advancing towards the Warriors.

"Here he comes," warned Taka.

"Pegasus, Flight!" ordered Seb.

"Uma, (horse) Ascend," the Figure said softly. The Warriors could barely tell if he was old or if he was young.

Recieving an order from his Tamer, tiny wings the Warriors have not noticed before began to grow just as wide as Pegasus'. It too, took flight into the air. Seb was worried now, but he knew his Pegasus can handle this.

"Let's go!" said Taka.

The Warriors charged, weapons held in their own offense and the two of them clashed metal with this mysterious character. They fought and fought but not once had this hooded figure tried to attack. He seemed to be waiting as he was defending himself.

Pegasus flew high as to hide himself beyond the clouds and in front of the moon its color almost blended with the pearl colors of himself. But his white wings were stretched out to either side of the moon, making it look like it had wings as well and with a tail too. Uma wasn't intimidated. Using his powerful black wings, he went in for a headbutt straight on. Pegasus saw this coming and feinted by going head on as well, but quickly evaded as he turned and used his tail to whip Uma's face. he was stung in one eye and was now blinded. He snorted in anger and attemped another go. Pegasus was ready.

Back at down at Shine Lake's edge, nothing seemed to be affecting (or effecting? i forgot ^_^") this guy. When they were all standing alone, facing towards one another, but the two against the short evilness, he quickly pulled out something shiny. He put his sword away and a spot in the cloud showed the moon as its light struck the ground. The figure was holding a shiny Black Orb. He muttered something and summoned a second weapon. He tossed it up with one hand and caught it with the same hand. He did this three times and on the third time he snapped his fingers with his right hand and the Black Orb instantly grew to the size of a soccer or basketball.

Aura of darkness revolved inside the orb and outside of it. He tossed it up and snapped a finger again. Without stating what that Summon was, the figure jumped and expertly kicked the Orb in Seb's direction.

Dodging quickly from the Orb, Seb kept an eye on that orb as Taka did too. The figure took out three more Black Orbs and summoned magic into one more and kicked it towards Taka.

"Whoa! Watch out!" warned Taka.

"Right!"

With the other two Black Orbs, he made it float shoulder length by itseld as he then began to control it. Juggling, tossing, boomeranging the orbs, it also manipulated the soccer sized Orbs at the Warriors. Whatever 'he' did with the small ones, the flying ones did the same.

"This kid's tough!" said Seb as he barely dodged one aiming at his head.

"No kidding!" cracked Taka.

"Not funny!"

"Sorry! o_O"

A grin passed the figure's face. He was so amused he started cracking up. The heartfilled laugh of his, sounds like that of a kid.

"What are you laughing at! Who are you!?" demanded Seb.

"Haha, wouldn't you like to know?" it became a chuckle now.

This time, Uma hasn't been missing, even with a blind eye. He made Pegasus grow weak with every headbutt he landed as well as whipes from his tail. Tired but with fire still lit, Pegasus was looking for a way to defeat his nemesis. Still figuring out, all he can do is evade Uma's hits at the moment.

Still dodging soccerlike flying Orbs, Taka and Seb were beginning to tire. It seems as there was no end to this child's play. But then again...

"Okay, I'm done =]" the kid said with a smile. He ordered back his Black Orbs and put them away.

"Uma! Descend!" he ordered and it snorted in satisfaction at Pegasus as he flew down to pick up his Tamer.

The Warriors were on their knees, panting.

'Thank went on.. forever!' thought Taka.

Seb was already on his feet and without warning, charged towards the kid who was about to get on his horse. Seeing him charge, the boy only stretched out his arm in from of him and grinned evilly. Fair sized bubbes appeared before him, causing Seb to stop. A bubble floated near him and Seb attempted to pop one. As he did this, it popped into a sticky black liquid, like ink, and the weight of it was unbelievable! The inky liquid weighed a ton that Seb's once-shiny metallic red blade struck to the ground with such force, it split a crack in the earth.

"What?!" Seb was frustrated as he went to avoiding the other several bubbles floating everywhere. Another pop on him wound probably break him!

This also amused the kid as he got on his horse. He sighed in content as Uma ascended into the air. Pegasus came to Seb's aid as he used his wings and blew the bubbles away. Still unable to lift up his blade, Seb called up to the kid.

"Where are you going?! Who are you?!" he shouted.

"Jeez, no need to shout. I can hear you fine. Hmm... I don't feel like telling you anything buut, I'll tell you that I'm looking for a certain someone. And Uma knows where they are," he said.

'Not Umeko,' thought Taka.

"Then I gotta bring them somewhere, so now, I'm leaving =]" said the kid.

"You still didn't tell us who you are!" demanded Seb, not letting go of his blade.

"Meh, just a worker. Maybe I'll answer you better next time, which may probably be your last," and so, he flew away, leaving Seb to growl in frustration.

"Ink, ink, ink... ah! Here! Let's try this," said Taka.

Reaching in his bag he grabbed out a non-rust(ic?) metal cup. He got some water and walked back to Seb and poured water onto the incredible heavy ink. It ran with the water down the angled blade and seeped like normal ink into the soil. seb just stood there, looking at his now shiny-again blade and said nothing for the while.

"Um... you're welcome? And now, let's go find the girls. I think they may need our manly help," grinned Taka.

Out of his trance-like state, Seb placed his precious Hi Blade away. They both got on Pegasus who gained back some energy and quickly flew west to find the girls.

"Thanks, Taka," said Seb, finally.

"No prob. That's what friends are for, buddy =]" said Taka.

They pounded and now focused on the more important matter as the moon was starting to set.

'Stay safe, Umeko,' thought Taka as he placed his cup away, he felt the fabric of the kitty pillow he took from her.

"Wait, there are girls here you know?" Seb asked as Pegasus flew on to find them.
