I awoke , then sat up rubbing my eyes. I thought what a strange dream I had , I jumped of the bed and stood up and looked around. This wasn’t my room, where am I? This place looked amazing Dark red walls, Diamond chandeliers hanging from the ceiling , satin sheets. I looked around in amazement I noticed a window so I ran to it. What a beautiful site there were deep blue waves crashing on rocks , and birds flying above in the sky.
       Then there was a knock in the door quickly ran underneath the bed. My heart was beating from what I could see it looked like a girl had walked in. I thought she would notice me, my heart was beating so loud I thought it was a complete give away. After about five minutes she left I waited for a while to make sure no one was coming then I slid out from under the bed and dusted my clothes off. I walked to the door and peaked through the crack it appeared that no on was there so I quietly opened it and tipped toed through the hallway. It was long the walls were covered in black and white pictures, with red carpet that had gold lining. At the end of the hallway there was a staircase, I stopped to listen to see if anyone was coming up the stairs I heard nothing.
     I heard a voice form behind me “hello is anyone there”. I started to panic, franticly running down the stairs I tripped and landed in someone’s soft arms. I started screaming and kicking which was all I could do. Looking up I saw a guy who looked about in his mid thirties with dark brown hair and piercing brown eyes. His face was a little withered from age. He said “calm down miss it ‘s ok I have no intention of hurting you, My niece has been looking for you”. I quickly stood up trying to catch my breath “where am I how did I get here, who are you” questions started spilling from my mouth. He said “ hold on you must be hungry”. my stomach growled and I clenched it. He smiled and said “ok follow me”. I followed him down the winding staircase to a large room with a table that was covered in food.  He pulled out a seat and gestured me to sit. So I sat down, he sat down in the seat across from me. I you girl in a maids costume walked in the man asked her to bring his niece in for dinner.
I said “um who are you”
He replied “ sorry for not introducing my self sooner my name is Elion and you are in my estate which is located off the coast of Alaska. So do you remember anything that happened the other night?”
“ somewhat I can remember being attacked by something then I blacked out” I said
his face got very serious which made me feel uneasy He said “ do you remember what attacked you that night”
I replied “I couldn’t see anything but a dark shadow my vision was becoming blurry so I really couldn’t make it out” then a sharp pain surged through my neck and I clenched it.
“does it hurt?’ he questioned
“yes” I managed to say when  took my hand away I noticed it was all bloody.
He looked at me and I felt as if  he was peering into my soul with such a cold look and said “ looks like you have been bitten I clean up for you.
“bitten by what?” “when did I get bitten?’’, I said.
Elion walked over to me and grasped a cloth then put it on my neck wiping the blood “he said it must have been him judging form the mark” and he leaned closer
“who, who what are you talking about” I demeaned but I got no response. Elion’s cold hand clenched my shoulder tightly I he lent in to my ear and whispered “I am sorry I can’t resist”. I felt sharp fang dig in to my flesh, pain shot through my body I couldn’t move,  I felt as if he was sucking away at my life but somehow it was a relief that it almost felt good.
     Just then a young girl walked in and shouted “ uncle you mustn’t get   carried away restrain yourself”
His fangs withdrew from my neck. I looked up and saw his wrinkled face frown like he was ashamed. I’m sorry he said once more. Did he really bit me is he a vampire well he sure isn’t human I have to get out of here all these thoughts were racing through my mind.  The young girl came up next to me and sat down, then looked at me and smiled “hello my name is Stella are you ok” I replied “hi my name is Cossette and ….” I started to feel so sleepy but I managed to say “yes” and my head started to drift down to the table as the pain came back.
