CH 1

*sob sniffle*  i was lost. again.  as i thought of all the horror stories my mom had told me, about child molesters and kiddnapping, i felt another rush of hot tears pour down my face.

"why do you cry?" startled, i swiped away my tears and peered up. astonished, i rubbed my eyes and looked again.

"are you lost?" standing, no floating, infront of me was a boy about my age."do you want to go home?" he asked, reading into my situation far beyond my incoherent attempts to speak. with a hiccup i nodded." i can help you, but i have a price," i bobbed my head to show understanding and my curiosity."you must marry me when i come back to this world." i looked at him, steadying my gaze, and trying to figure out if he was lying or not. He peered at me with equal intensity, then burst out laughing."so is it a deal?" Cautiously, i bobbed my head a mere fraction.

he held out his hand and i tentivley took it. as soon as we were holding hands, he gripped mine securely, to which i let out a squeak of suprise. "Steady," i looked at him, and nodded. we flew off into teh starry sky, to the cozy space i called my home.
