" I told the other guy I was gonna miss my curfew, so I was running through the alley as a shortcut. I stopped because I thought Jake or one of the others that had gone with me to the movies were behind me. When I turned around it was like I was hit with a gulf club and got knocked out."

     " Okay tell me who this Jake is and the other kids you went to the movies with",the old investigator said.

     *ring* *ring* I picked up my phone before old investigator could.

     "It's Jake, I'll put it on  speaker:

      "Hey Jake!"

     "Where are you? You didn't come home last night. Ms.Kay is pissed"

     "I'm down the street. Just look outside. I'm with all the cops."

     "Oh jeez. Me and the guys are coming. Bye."

     "Here they come."

     The old guy, Detective Veola, couldn't beleive it when he saw four kids come running out of a house directly toward them.They ran past the cops and jumped over the yellow tape.

     There was Jake his spiked up black hair wearing his ' Will KiLL 4 MoNeY ' and his slashed up jeans. Nick was racing Jake,Nick with his straight chin length blonde hair with his red and black undershirt and baggy shorts. Then the twins Danny and Destiny. Danny was wearing his ' yEaH i'm StuPId ' hoodie and skinny jeans. Destiny with her white midrift and green ' too long for her' pants. They were leading Ms.Kay who was in her Korn tshirt and blue jeans.

     Nick won the race and hugged me. Then Ms.Kay hugged me. It was a huge hug fest, well huge for a bunch of goths.

     When I could finally go home I took off the blanket I was given and I was wearing a stupid bunny costume. When Destiny saw she was just like " What the hell?" Jake and Nick just stared and Danny helped me get ready for dinner.

     Destiny and Danny are two of the first friends I had we'd be adopted or have foster parents for a little while then we'd be together again. Jake and Nick are like brothers they compete with each other for anything but at the end of the day their friendship comes first. We first met when Destiny and Danny were 9 I was 9 and a half and Jake and Nick were 10. We all came to Ms.Kay's 6 months ago and she's been great.
