Inspirations: There are many things that inspire me in this world. Dreams, for example. I often have very vivid dreams, and most of the time I remember them very clearly too. Many of my stories have started as a recount of a dream I had once and that caught my interest, something that I wrote down to remember that funny dream, but that eventually developed into a whole story/novel. But I also pay careful attention to everything that happens around me, because you never know what unexpected event or accidentally overheard comment or tiny little detail that might inspire a twist in a storyline. Besides writing I love drawing, and since I love Japan and its fabulous pop culture I am mainly inspired by manga. I love to draw my own manga, but I am still an amateur when it comes to that art and so it takes me a lot of time to get anywhere. Now and then I draw pictures of some of my favorite characters from a favorite manga, mainly Gravitation since it was the first manga/anime that I read/saw. So it feels extra special for me. ;) But I guess that my biggest source of inspiration is music. I always listen to something (nowadays only Japanese music); it is never completely quiet at my place. Both song lyrics and the mood/feelings of a song can inspire me to write or draw something special. ;)
