MIKU: I'd teach Japanese classes at a school.

KANON: I'd be an anime creator.

TERUKI: I like electronics so that's what I'd work with.

KANON: In Japan I liked Wendy's, but after coming here I've become a Burger King fan.

Q: If you had a special power, what would it be?

MIKU: Invisibility.

TERUKI: To be able to transport to faraway places instantly so I won't have to ride in a plane.

Q: Maple Gunman has a really weird PV. How did you come up with the idea for it?

TERUKI: We just do things that we want to do, and Kanon wanted to dress like a dog. [laughter]

Q: What is your most embarrassing moment?

TERUKI: One time at a live, Miku was singing and I noticed that his fly was open. I kept trying to tell him but he just kept smiling and singing. [laughter]

KANON: One time I was walking down the street and playing a game on my cell phone at the same time. There was this telephone pole and...[in English] “Crash!” [laughter]

TERUKI: One time, when I was really tired, I was riding in a car with some friends. I kept trying to listen to a CD but it wouldn’t go in, then I realized that I was trying to put the CD into the ash tray instead of the CD player. [laughter]

Q: What type of Lolita do you prefer?

MIKU: Goth-lolies.

TERUKI: Pink and cute.

KANON: Gothic Lolitas.

Q: What are your turn ons? [laughter]

MIKU: Professional techniques.

Q: What do you think of your new band members?

TERUKI: I think They’re great additions to An Cafe. Yu-ki is going to bring lots of originality to the band.

MIKU: takuya is a great guitar player. He’s worked really hard to learn all of An Cafe’s songs. He even practices when he goes home!

Q: Do you ever get into fights?

MIKU: Teruki and I fight. [acts like he’s punching someone in front of him] [laughter]

Q: How do you always look so good?

MIKU: We have a stylist named yuko who does our hair and picks out our clothes.

TERUKI: She’s like another member of the band.

KANON: She eats a lot.

MIKU: She can eat 10 hamburgers in one sitting! [laughter]

TERUKI: She eats and an hour later she’s hungry again! [laughter]

Q: How do you write music?

TERUKI: I imagine Miku singing on stage. [The audience “awwws”.]

KANON: I come up with the rhythm first and then build on that.

Q: How did you feel about wearing the Angelic Pretty dresses?

MIKU: I like wearing dresses because they’re airy. [laughter]

KANON: I don’t mind them.

TERUKI: I had to look in the mirror and make sure that I made a good Lolita for all of the Cafekkos. [laughter and “awwws” from the audience]

Q: How do you feel about wearing girls’ clothes?

MIKU: I think it’s interesting to see how the world treats me when I’m wearing girls’ clothes.

TERUKI: I prefer wearing guys’ clothes.

Q: How do you feel about Dallas’ weather?

MIKU: I like the warm climate and the warm reception from the people.

TERUKI: In Japan I like to visit Osaka and the climate here is very similar.
