A picture I drew (in English again xD; ) of Bel, from Katekyo Hitman Reborn. Colored when I got home that day. I know the color is a little off (his shirt should be red and black, right?), but I like green! x3! Sorry it looks a little. . ."ugh"? This is due to TP resizing~
