Hi everyone!  In case you didn't know, as part of my job running TOKYOPOP I get to travel a lot.  So I'm sitting here now in the San Francisco airport.  I'm over 21 so I can drink alcohol--and I did!  So now I'm getting sleepy (OK, I admit it--I was drinking alcohol before I was 21, but don't tell anyone, especially my mom).

Well, I thought I'd do a quick blog entry to let everyone know that we're making good progress on TOKYOPOP.com 2.0.  Basically, we expect to go live end of May.  The functions are all more or less the same but there are some more conveniences. 

Most of all, it will be a totally new look.

I'm thinking of showing everyone the new look in the next week or two, if our designers are done.  It won't be the same as a true alpha test, but at least you guys can let us know what you think of the look.

Well, that's the quick update.

On a totally different note, I've got a hold of some cool new Princess Ai drawings for the upcoming Ai-Land Chronicles novel and plan to post those as well...

Alright, signing out for now.  My flight is coming up soon.  Off to Hong Kong!
