So you're zipping along on TP 2.0 and UH oh! You encounter a problem. What do you do?
Message me! But there's some information that you can include that will help us fix it quicker. So here's some tips and tricks for reporting a problem.
Include a title that briefly summarizes the problem, it makes it easier to keep track of what was going on when I respond back.
Include vital information like what web browser you're using and the version number.
Include what section of the site you were having trouble in. Like Profile, Life-Blogs, Search Engine, that kind of thing.
Separate different issues by a line break! It's hard to understand what the problem is if you lump it in one giant paragraph @_@
Lastly, chatting is fun and nice, but keep it straight and to the point. Please try not to include commentary. It makes it hard to figure out what the problem is.
Don't be scared away if you don't know all of the above information! I'll try to help you all the same, it'll just make it much easier if you can include it!
Is there a way to insert paragraph breaks into messages/comments/bulletins? I've been using lines of ******* to separate paragraphs, but that's a bit of a pain...
