I was determined to finish FFT:WotL over Labor Day weekend. At 11:55p I beat the final boss (losing my Master Orator Treble, tragically enough) and the credit sequence finished at 12:06a. I finished the storyline! There's more to do in the game and I'm an addict enough to go back to it. But I am not free to work on DFF! I accomplished my goal. Phew! Just under the wire.

I'm wrestling with my art muse right now, trying to wrangle out some Fantasy or Sci Fi art ideas. Steampunk is so amazingly popular right now, I may see what I can do with that. I really have a notion to do something with a cowboy in a fantasy setting. :/a Most of what I've been doodling has been dragons and half-humans. I think I'll aim for a couple of large pencil pieces (maybe a humanoid and one fantasy creature), then perhaps smaller watercolor and marker. Four-five pieces sounds reasonable to take to Archon's art show.
