no prob , i wish the english were on youtube . but i don't think its even on dvd .
about your clan bulletin: u can see almost all of the blood+ series on youtube , but its the jap version , with sub-titels

to watch the whole blood+ shows you need to go on youtube and write for example Blood+ ep 27. Episodes 1- i think 24 are in english the rest you have to wait until adult swim shows them or you can watch them with english subs.
