You Did Nothing
You Did Nothing Can’t you hear them calling Screaming out your name Waiting for your help To some it’s just a game Do something Can’t you see them burning Hear their cries of pain Only you can help them It isn’t just a game Do something Now it is too late Now they are all gone Now you’ve missed your chance I guess you were just wrong You did nothing Now you cannot change that What’s passed is gone and done No one was there to help them You were the only one Oh well By Kiley Jahn
this is a poem i wrote for a program at my school centered around the holocaust. my grandfather is a holocast survivor so it's pretty cool. i did an interview with him for a school project and turned it into an essay that i will post as well.
