This story centers around a painter named David. But you guys know that from the blurb. What it doesn't tell you is how well the spirit of an artist in a funk is captured.
David's lost his inspiration and feels that he's sold out just to make a living. Because of this, he's losing touch with his art and creating posh pieces for collectors who don't get him. The true work of his soul is kept hidden away where no one will see it.
But along comes a handsome angel in the guise of Adam who works an all inclusive escort. While trying to capture Adam's soul in a painting, David allows his heart to be stolen by a dream that seems to exist only within his painting. But Adam's occupation makes itself known as being all too real.
When David realizes this, he tries to forget the dream he's created, but when he and Adam have a chance meeting with one of Adam's clients, things come to a head.
The nudity in this one is basically what you'd see in an R rated movie. Bottoms are the most you'll find as all of the manly parts are cleverly concealed. But there are some very suggestive poses and some poses that are drawn during the act, so if you're not old enough to see that, then steer clear. The fact that it came shrink wrapped can attest.
The artwork is nicely done with a set formula for the men and pages that are laid out in such a way that focus is spent on the movements and the emotions of the characters.
Top Notch stuff.
I don' know if that's really what this stands for, but it sums up the story's elements pretty nicely.
